THE MAIN HOUSE
Glossop Farmhouse is furnished to the highest standard.  It has a large kitchen/diner warmed by a beautiful pale blue Aga and a wood-burner.  Along the hallway is the sitting room with another wood-burner set in the original 17th Century inglenook.  The ground floor also includes a comfortable study/snug with plasma TV and a utility room which has underfloor heating, perfect for pets.

Stairs lead up to four stunning bedrooms, one en-suite, all decorated with flair and three boasting distant sea views.  The luxurious family bathroom includes a large bath, shower attachment, WC, wash basin and vanity unit.  There is also a separate WC and wash basin on this floor.

STUDIO ANNEXE
Across the courtyard, up a flight of external steps is a wonderful fully-equipped artist/performance studio.  Beneath this is a separate ground floor annexe, with a double bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and a bunk room with a sitting area.

The private enclosed terrace, with high quality teak garden furniture and barbecue, is the ideal place to relax .  Or why not partake in a game of French Boules on the large lawn?

There is also outside access to a wet room with shower, WC and wash basin! 

And a Wendy House!  This granite playhouse has been renovated to the highest standard for small children, who will delight in the miniature kitchen area, sitting and dining room.  Or easily convertible to a spare bedroom.
